Our new website has finally launched
It’s been a long time coming but it’s finally here and we have soft-launched our new website. We will be gathering feedback from friends and family and adding another 10+ projects over the next few weeks. Any agency will tell you it’s tough creating your own website. You mount so much expectation on yourself and you become your worst client.
It’s fully responsive and retina ready with lovely big images of our work. It loads super quick and has been given an SEO audit from our very own Matt Platt so Google’s Matt Cutts should be happy.
It’s been Dave’s baby and there has been a lot of pressure. Mainly from the rampant banter coming from the rest of the team. The word procrastination was used a lot. Good things come to those who wait and all that.
We have pimped out the staff area too with help from Manchester photographer Rob Evans and creative direction from little old me and Dave. I really wanted Rob to treat our team like individual stars – how you would approach a portrait for a singer or actor – not forcing people to smile. Pensive is just as good as a grin! I think the team thought I had lost the plot but they have turned out great. The background colour and distressed floor turned out just as I had wished and the added touch of various chairs from Rob was spot on. Huge thanks to Rob if you are reading this 🙂
The ‘Our Approach’ section has now made a public appearance as we begin to tease prospect clients with a glimpse into how we attack brand and web projects. It starts to hint at the strategic side of our agency rather than just the pretty images.
We hope you like it. Watch this space for the project updates. Hopefully it will last at least 2 years. I cant face the pressure again.
